One of the closest trekking destinations from Kathmandu lies an unparalleled combination of natural beauty and cultural riches of Langtang, offers an unfolding life and unique experience. Previously a restricted area near the Tibetan border, the unexplored regions of the Langtang National park has recently been developed into the Tamang Heritage Trail. The people in this area are mostly of Tamang and Tibetan origin whose culture goes back to hundreds of year. The craftsmanship, dress, traditionally built stone households and the beautifully carved wooden porches reflect the solitude and the serenity of the Himalayan scenery.
Itinerary Details
01 Day : Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport (1360meter) by our representative, transfer to hotel.
02 Day : Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley, overnight at hotel.
03 Day : Drive to Syabrubensi (1460meter), 9hrs drive, overnight at guesthouse.
04 Day : Trek to Goljung (1946meter), 4.30 hrs walks, overnight at tented camp.
05 Day: Trek to Gatlang (2238meter), 4hrs walks, overnight at tented camp.
06 Day : Trek to Tatopani (2607meter), 5.30hrs walks, overnight at tented camp.
07 Day : Trek to Nagthali Ghyang / Thuman (3165meter / 2338meter), 3.30 hrs / 5.30 hrs walks, overnight at tented camp.
08 Day : Trek to Rasuwagadhi (1814meter), 4.45 hrs walks, overnight at tented camp.
09 Day : Trek to Bridim (2229meter), 5.30 hrs walks, Drive back to Kathmandu, overnight at tented camp.
10 Day : Exploring around Bridim village, overnight at tented camp.
11 Day : Trek to Syabru Bensi, 3hrs walks, overnight at guesthouse.
12 Day : Drive back to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
13 Day : Leisure day in Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
14 Day : Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination.
Tamang heritage, Langtang, Gosaikunda & Helambu trek
